BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT

If you are coming in for laser hair removal make sure that you follow all these steps: 6 weeks prior no waxing, tweezing, epilating, no bleaching hair, and no tanning.

FIRST VISIT

We ask for you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill paperwork out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. A 24-48 hour notice must be given for appointment cancellation or rescheduling if not a $30 fee will be collected before we can schedule your next visit. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds on deposits, product purchases, or treatment purchases. If for any reason you are unable to complete your treatments, a credit will be issued to your account in the value of the unused paid treatments. You may also gift them and a gift certificate will be issued with the value of the unused paid treatments.
