WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT
When you arrive, you’ll have a brief consultation with your therapist to discuss your comfort level, areas of tension, and any concerns. You’ll then be left in privacy to undress to your comfort and lie on the massage table, where you’ll be properly draped at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your therapist will use gentle to firm pressure (based on your preference) and will check in to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the session.
